Tubing holders are basically used for CISS systems, but it is good to have a double-sided I-shaped tube holder at hand.
Usually recommended for Canon, Epson CISS systems, but it's printer dependent.
Before you buy, it is worth checking out the installation video on Youtube before installing it in the printer.
(It is often used to buy a Canon Pixma IP7250 printer or another type of A3 printer.)
